The responsibilities and functions shall include (but not limited to) the followings:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Development and application of quality benchmarks\/parameters for various academic and administrative activities of the institution;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A<strong>rrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation of the various programmes\/activities leading to quality improvement;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development and maintenance of institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining \/enhancing the institutional quality;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Development of Quality Culture in the institution;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Preparations of Quality Manual and submitting proposal to NBA, NIRF and other Quality approval agencies\/authorities etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>The Internal Quality Assurance Cell shall work in coordination with other Cell coordinators and HODs.<\/strong><\/h5>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Internal Quality Assurance Cell shall be mainly responsible for development of a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution.
